More Than Just a Name Change

We are excited to announce that starting on January 1st, 2020, Novik Design will become Branding City!

For many years now, Novik Design has provided design services for companies large and small. However, it hasn’t just been about creating beautiful, custom designs – it has been about delivering comprehensive branding solutions that have taken companies and organizations to the next level with demonstrated results and growth.

Now it’s time for our name to demonstrate the heart of what we do – and that is branding. The significance of using “city” in our brand will widen our product offering to include all things branded. Our new “city” concept will consist of our other emerging brands like www.printing.city, www.conversion.city, and www.cart.city for a start, with more to come.

Our goal is to create a service experience for you that’s more efficient and less of a hassle. Everything about quality products and services is remaining the same; however, where and how you make your payment, access your reports, or submit requests for service are changing. 

If you’ve been managing your account from our portal at novikdesign.freshbooks.com, you will continue to have access to your invoice history until February 15th, 2020. Until then, if you would like to save your invoices, be sure to download them before that date.

Starting on January 1, 2020, your new portal access will be managed from the following link office.branding.city/portal. (You will receive a separate email invitation to set up your portal access.) You will also find this login link on our website in the main menu.
